🔄 Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Shopping on Market2Go means doing so with complete peace of mind. If you change your mind or are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to withdraw from the contract according to the Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005, art. 52 and following).
📝 Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products, without providing any reason and without penalties.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you can:

- Order number
- Products you intend to return
- Details for any refund
📦 Conditions for Returns
To be accepted, the product must be:
- Intact, unused, and complete in all its parts
- In the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and seals
- Properly packed for transport
FALMATECH S.r.l.s. reserves the right to refuse the return in case of:
- Visible damage
- Improper use
- Missing essential elements (accessories, documents, packaging)
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a non-conformity defect.
Cash on delivery or postage due packages will not be accepted.
💰 Refund Times and Methods
Once the product is received and verified, we will refund within 14 working days, using the same payment method chosen for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
In the case of a partial return, only the amount related to the returned product will be refunded.
❌ Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in case of:
- Products made to measure or customized
- Sealed audiovisual products or software opened after delivery
- Perishable goods or products with a short expiration date
- Services already fully performed with the user’s consent
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal are regulated by art. 59 of the Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005). In particular, for sealed audio/video recordings or software, withdrawal is excluded if the seal is broken after delivery.
