These terms and conditions are valid exclusively between the company:

 

- Market.go S.R.L, with registered office in Via Concordato n°32 Nardo cap 73048 (Lecce - IT) - REA: LE – 349912 - P.IVA: 05206510751 hereinafter referred to as ''Market2Go'' name of the online shop on the website.

 

These conditions may be subject to change and the date of publication of the same on the site is equivalent to the date of entry into force.

 

These conditions govern purchases made on the www.Market2Go.it website in accordance with the provisions of Part III, Title III, Chapter I, of the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree No. 21/2014 and Legislative Decree 70/2003 on e-commerce.

 

Market.go S.R.L specifically makes use of the products of the national and international market leaders in Drop Shipping, making use of partnerships and logistics in the world with giants in the sector such as:

 

- Ingram Micro Inc. is the world's largest distributor of technology products, a global leader in IT supply chain, mobile lifecycle services and logistics solutions;

 

- Computer Gross, which takes first place in the distribution of IBM and Lenovo products and is the strength of the other business divisions dedicated to the main vendors in the sector;

 

- Runner which has been operating for over 16 years in the Information & Communication Technology sector, Runner is specialized in the distribution of the most complete range of IT, TELEPHONY, SERVER SOLUTIONS, NETWORKING and VIDEO SURVEILLANCE products.;

 

- Esprinet (Borsa Italiana: PRT) operates in the "business-to-business" distribution of IT and consumer electronics in Italy and Spain, with about 40,000 reseller customers and over 600 brands in its portfolio.

 

- Td synnex is one of the world's largest distributors of technological products, services and solutions. The goods are also shipped by logistics in European warehouses.

 

- Big Buy, a one-of-a-kind European e-commerce technology company that offers technological, logistical and operational services for e-commerce. An integral partner, capable of providing solutions in a complex and constantly evolving market.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1.    Acceptance of these general terms and conditions
All commercial relations between Market.go S.r.l. and the Customer are governed exclusively by the following general terms and conditions of sale, unless expressly derogated from by special conditions agreed in writing with Market.go S.r.l. and countersigned by both parties for acceptance.

1.2.        Images and technical data sheets on our site may not be reliable, as they are downloaded from our management system by Icecat, the manufacturer codes are explicitly authentic, which being unique it is appropriate to refer to images and data sheets on the official websites of the brands.

1.3.        These general conditions, as well as any special conditions, are deemed accepted by the Client even if they differ from the Client's general or particular terms and conditions of purchase. The latter will bind Market.go s.r.l. only if expressly accepted with written acceptance.

1.4.        These general terms and conditions are considered fully accepted also by placing an online order.

 

1.   Orders

 

1.1.      Orders must be transmitted by entering them through the aid of electronic tools such as WEB,

1.2.     Telephone orders cannot be accepted by commercial operators, but can only be processed following written confirmation of the order.

1.3.     If orders are placed through WEB the commercial relationship is not only governed by these general terms and conditions of sale, but also governed by the general terms and conditions of e-commerce.

 

2.    Pricing


3.1.      The offers and price lists are those published on www.market2go.it but our company MARKET. GO reserves the right to change prices at any time, without prior notice (or "by publication on the www.market2go.it website").
3.2.      Orders, even if confirmed, are considered accepted except for any increases in prices imposed by suppliers or resulting from circumstances beyond our control. In this case, we reserve the right to increase the sale prices charged to the Client in proportion to the increase that the customer undergoes.
3.3.      The prices applied are ex-charge, excluding expenses, packaging, cash on delivery costs and taxes; all shipping costs established according to the destination and weight of the goods, additional services (costs for delivery to destinations other than invoicing).

 

 


4. Delivery terms and order processing methods
4.1.      Delivery terms are indicative and not essential.
4.2.      Each individual order or delivery shall be considered autonomous and independent

of any other order or delivery.
4.3.      Market.Go reserves the right to process the order even through partial deliveries. If

the Customer intends to refuse any partial delivery of the goods, he must declare

this in advance in writing.
4.4.      In the event that the delivery of the ordered goods is made impossible or in any

case more expensive by causes beyond its control, Market.Go may terminate, by

 means of a simple written communication (fax, e-mail and/or return receipt) to the

Client, the contract concluded by confirming the order by Market.Go.

4.5.      If the Client wishes to terminate the contract due to a delay in delivery compared to

 what has been communicated in writing, he must invite Market.Go in writing to

 process the order, or the part of the order not fulfilled, within a reasonable period of

 not less than 15 days.
4.6.      Requests for the return of goods must be received in writing (e-mail to

info@market2go.it or via the web to www.market2go.it), indicating the reasons for

the request, citing the references of the invoices and/or the DDT and must be

expressly authorized. The return of the goods must be made after authorization and

assignment of the "return number" (RMA), which can be requested through the web

support, Requests for return of goods after 14 days from delivery will not be

accepted.

5. Warranty of the manufacturer and/or owner of the software
5.1.      The parties acknowledge that Market.Go s.r.l is exclusively a trader of products

manufactured by third parties; Therefore, the warranty relating to the proper

functioning of the products delivered is limited to that granted by the manufacturer

and/or owner of the software.
5.2.      If and only to the extent that this is provided for by the manufacturer's warranty

and/or owner of the software of the product marketed by Market.Go, in the event of

ascertained material defects in the product, Market.Go will replace the defective

components. The validity of the latter warranty is, however, strictly subject to the

exact use of the product supplied as specified in the catalogues, warnings and

instruction manuals.

 

 

 

5.3.      Complaints regarding the products delivered to the Client must be received by e-

            mail to the info@market2go.it address or by registered letter to the Customer

            Service within 8 days of receipt of the goods, attaching a copy of the delivery note,

            invoice or accompanying document, clearly stating the reasons for the complaint.

            After this period, the complaint can no longer be accepted.
5.4.      Under no circumstances does Market.Go S.R.L. guarantee that the products

            supplied are suitable for the specific needs of the user's business.

 

6. Market.GO Guarantee
6.1.      Unless the prior written consent of Market.Go, and unless the defect was known

until the packaging has been opened, no return will be accepted unless it is intact,

in its original packaging, intact, and without stickers or labels other than the original ones.

 

7. Payment terms
7.1       In the event that the Client makes the payment by credit card, acknowledges and

            accepts that the payment made may be collected by Market.Go S.R.L considered as

            payment of the balance of the invoice reference.

 

8. Cancelling an order
8.1       The customer has the possibility to cancel the order if it has not yet been processed,

at no additional cost, by sending a written request to the email info@market2go.it. The refund will be made within the established terms, i.e. 14 days from receipt.
