These conditions govern the sale of goods marketed through the Market2Go website. The contract is deemed concluded at the time the order confirmation is sent by email.

Prices are expressed in Euro and include VAT. Shipping costs are indicated separately.

3.1 Pricing errors

FALMATECH S.r.l.s. operates under a dropshipping model. In the event of an obvious pricing error, pursuant to Article 1433 of the Italian Civil Code, the order may be cancelled with a full refund.
