Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they govern the purchase of products offered on the website www.market2go.it, owned by Market.Go Srl, with registered office at Via Concordato, 32 – 73048 Nardò (LE), Italy – VAT no. IT05206510751.

By placing an order on our website, you fully accept the following terms.

1. Scope of the Contract

These general terms govern the sale of goods marketed by Market.Go Srl through the website www.market2go.it. The contract is finalized once the customer receives the order confirmation email.

2. Purchase Procedure

Purchases may only be made online. To complete an order, the customer must:

  • Select the desired products and add them to the cart

  • Accurately fill in the requested information

  • Choose a payment method

  • Confirm the order

Once received, the order will be confirmed by Market2Go via email. If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed and any payment already made will be refunded.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs are shown separately during the checkout process and may vary depending on weight and destination.

4. Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit and debit cards

  • PayPal

  • Bank transfer

  • Other methods indicated during checkout

Payment must be made in full. Orders will be processed only after payment has been confirmed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary from 4 to 7 business days (up to 10 days for smartphones). Deliveries are made by trusted couriers (e.g., Bartolini or TNT) with tracking and signature upon receipt.

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason, in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005.

To exercise the right of withdrawal:

  • Send a written request to info@market2go.it

  • Return the products at your expense, in the same condition in which you received them

Once we verify the integrity of the returned products, we will issue a refund within 14 days.

7. Legal Warranty

All products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty for consumers (12 months for businesses or VAT holders), pursuant to Articles 128–135 of the Italian Consumer Code.

Defects must be reported within 14gg of discovery.

8. Liability

Market.Go Srl shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from:

  • Improper use of the website or purchased products

  • Delivery delays due to force majeure

  • Temporary unavailability of the website or services

9. Privacy

The processing of personal data complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – Regulation EU 2016/679).

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law.
Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the Court of Lecce, Italy.
