All product sheets are freely available for consultation, as is the possibility of adding products to the cart to test a purchase and check the shipping costs. It is necessary to register when you decide to proceed with the purchase. In this case, you will be asked to enter the information strictly necessary for the purchase and delivery of the product.

Purpose (and legal basis of the processing) The personal data that you provide us as well as those derived from browsing our sites (for example identification data, contact data, site access log) will be used for the purposes of: a) providing the registration service to the site and related services, for preliminary needs to the stipulation of sales contracts, to follow up on them and to protect the resulting credit positions (execution of the contract between the parties and pre-contractual measures at the request of the interested parties); b) for operational, management, administrative and accounting needs, including the sending of commercial invoices by email (in compliance with legal obligations, in particular in tax matters); c) allow access and navigation to the sites, check their functioning and ascertain any liability in the event of unlawful conduct (legitimate interest of MARKET.GO SRL); d) carry out marketing, commercial information and promotional activities, including the sending of newsletters and advertising material by email or also through messaging applications and/or banners or pop-up advertising within the customer area of the WWW.MARKET2GO.IT site

Communication of data – Transfer of data abroad The personal data collected may be communicated, within their specific competence, to public administrations for the performance of institutional functions, to banking institutions, to subjects specialized in the management of information systems and/or payment systems, to subjects specialized in the IBAN check service, insurance companies and credit intermediaries, to subjects who provide the goods and services sold by MARKET.GO SRL, to other companies of the MARKET.GO SRL Group, to subjects who carry out transport or shipping activities, to subjects used by MARKET.GO SRL for the performance of promotional, advertising, marketing and communication activities, to legal and consultancy firms, to subjects responsible for keeping the accounts or auditing the financial statements of the Group companies, to public authorities for legal compliance.
Depending on the case, these subjects will be qualified as independent Data Controllers or as Data Processors pursuant to art. 28 GDPR and in the latter case they will receive formal authorization and instructions on data processing.
