Shipping and Delivery
FREE Shipping in Italy for orders weighing LESS THAN 4KG.
Products are generally shipped within 4 days of receiving payment and are shipped via Bartolini or TNT, with tracking and delivery upon signature. The Customer will be provided with a link to track the package online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as shipping costs. Packaging costs are fixed, while transport costs vary based on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group all items in a single order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, shipping costs apply to each of them. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special precautions are taken to protect fragile items.
Boxes are generously sized and items are well protected.
Product Availability
Product availability refers to actual availability at the time the CUSTOMER places the order. However, this availability must be considered purely indicative because, due to the simultaneous presence of multiple users on the site, the products could be sold to other CUSTOMERS before the order is confirmed.
Even after the order confirmation email has been sent by Brezze, there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods. In this case, the order will be automatically corrected by eliminating the unavailable product and the CUSTOMER will be immediately informed by email.
IMPORTANT ATTENTION:
1) If the package has any anomalies, holes, dents or cuts, please accept it by writing one of the following reasons on the COURIER POD (WHERE YOU WILL SIGN):
Hole box
Torn box
Crushed/dented box
Reconditioned box or film with neutral tape
Cut/torn sealing tape
Protective film (large appliances) removed or punctured
Broken polystyrene
Wet box
Choose the specification relating to the damage detected and inform us
If the driver refuses to let you report the above, REJECT to the sender and COMMUNICATE IT TO US IMMEDIATELY
Once the courier document has been signed without reporting any type of anomaly, it is not possible to make any disputes or requests for reimbursement if the box is damaged in any way. For further information write to info@market2go.it
