Product availability

Product availability refers to actual availability at the time the CUSTOMER places the order. However, this availability must be considered purely indicative since, as a result of the simultaneous presence of several users on the site, the products may be assigned/sold to other CUSTOMERS before the order is confirmed.
Even after sending the order confirmation e-mail sent by Brezze, there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods. In this case, the order will be automatically rectified with the elimination of the unavailable product and the CUSTOMER will be immediately informed by e-mail.

For the weight of the product LESS THAN 4KG, shipping in Italy is FREE.

 

Ins and outs:

- For the shipment of products for delivery, they are generally expected from 4/7 working days from receipt of payment.
- Bartolini or TNT shipping companies, with inspection and delivery by signature. The Customer will be provided with a link to track the package online.
- Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as shipping costs.
- Packaging costs are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment.
- We recommend grouping all items in one order.
- We cannot group two separate orders, shipping costs apply for each order.

 

- ATTENTION: IMPORTANT notes upon receipt of the Package -

- If the package has any anomalies, holes, dents or cuts, please accept it subject to specific control by writing the following options/specifications on the courier's POD (in the signature space/area):
- Laundry pack
- Torn package
- Crushed/dented package
- Refurbished pack or film with neutral tape
- Cut/torn closing adhesive tape
- Protective film (large appliances) removed or punctured
- Broken polystyrene
- Wet pack
- Communicate the specification of the damage detected WITHIN 2 SOLAR DAYS of delivery by writing to the email info@market2go.it
- If the courier rejects your report, REJECT the package to the sender and NOTIFY US URGENTLY OF THE INCIDENT.
- A Signature of the receipt document to the courier without having reported any type of anomaly, it is not possible to make any dispute and request for reimbursement.
