Product availability
We always do our best to ensure products are available at the time you place your order. However, because multiple users may be browsing and purchasing at the same time, an item may be purchased by another customer while you are completing checkout.
Even after our confirmation email, availability issues may exceptionally occur: in such cases, we will promptly update your order by removing the unavailable item and we will notify you by email.
Free shipping in Italy
For all products weighing less than 4 kg, shipping within Italy is free of charge.
Delivery times
– Shipping usually takes 4–7 business days from the time payment is received.
– For smartphones, delivery times may extend up to 10 business days.
Carriers & tracking
We ship with Bartolini or TNT to ensure secure delivery with signature upon receipt. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor the shipment online.
Shipping & packaging costs
– Shipping fees include packaging and order handling.
– Packaging costs are fixed, while transport costs vary based on the total weight.
– To optimize time and costs, we recommend placing all items in a single order.
– Separate orders cannot be combined: each order has its own shipment.
🔍 Important upon delivery
Please inspect the parcel carefully upon delivery. If you notice any visible issues, accept the shipment with reservation by writing the reason on the delivery note (POD), for example:
- Parcel pierced, torn, or dented
- Damaged packaging or sealed with non-original tape
- Protective film damaged or removed
- Broken polystyrene
- Wet parcel

If the carrier does not allow you to add a reservation, refuse the parcel and contact us immediately.
