Purchases made on the www.market2go.it site are regulated by the Italian law on distance selling (Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/05/1999).

All products displayed on the site are available for immediate delivery, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
The purchase is confirmed by the buyer at the time of the conclusion of the purchase procedure on the web www.market2go.it. However, the sale is considered concluded only when the shipment of the ordered product has taken place and has been notified to the customer by confirmation e-mail. Anything not specified is governed by Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/05/1999 which regulates the matter of distance contracts, i.e. carried out outside commercial premises.

• APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale, visible in the appropriate section, are subject to Italian law. Any dispute that does not find an amicable solution will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of the place of residence or domicile of the CLIENT, if located in the territory of the State.
In any case, it is possible to optionally resort to the mediation procedures referred to in Legislative Decree 28/2010, for the resolution of any disputes arising in the interpretation and execution of these conditions of sale.
