Product Availability
We always do our best to ensure the availability of items at the time of your order. However, due to multiple users browsing the site at the same time, it may happen that an item is purchased by another customer just before you complete your purchase.
Even after receiving our order confirmation email, rare cases of unavailability may occur. In such cases, your order will be automatically updated, and the unavailable product will be removed. We’ll notify you immediately via email.
Free Shipping in Italy
For all products weighing less than 4 kg, shipping within Italy is free.
Delivery Times
– Standard delivery takes approximately 4–7 working days after payment confirmation.
– For smartphones, delivery may take up to 10 working days, as our supplier does not use dropshipping for these items.
Couriers & Tracking
We work with reliable couriers like Bartolini and TNT, offering delivery with signature confirmation.
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped, so you can follow your package in real time.
Shipping Costs & Packaging
– Shipping fees include handling, packaging, and delivery.
– Packaging costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary based on the total weight of the order.
– We recommend grouping your items into a single order to save on shipping.
– Please note: we cannot combine two separate orders, and each order will be subject to its own shipping costs.
🔍 Important: Upon Delivery
We kindly ask you to check the condition of the package upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage or irregularities, please accept the parcel with reservation, writing the reason on the courier’s delivery note (POD). Some examples:

Packaging sealed with non-original tape

Protective film removed or damaged (especially for large appliances)

Broken polystyrene

Wet or stained package

If the courier does not allow you to report the damage, we advise you to refuse the parcel and notify us immediately.
