The shipment of the ordered product will take place only when the amount relating to the purchase has been credited, received on the Bank Account of Market.go S.r.l. within 5 days of the date of acceptance of the order.
After this deadline, the order will be considered automatically cancelled.
The reason for the bank transfer must include:
• the order reference number;
• the date the order was placed;
• name and surname of the order holder.

• you can generate a voucher of any value (there are no limitations) to fully cover the order you have placed, we cannot refund in cash any excess of the voucher generated compared to the goods ordered;

• generates the voucher for the physical store to be sent in PDF format to: info@market2go.it;

 

• send us the generated voucher and a valid identity document of the teacher and the order reference to the info@market2go.it email address.
If the amount of the order is higher than that of the voucher generated, you can make the payment of the remaining amount exclusively by bank transfer from a current account in the name of the teacher and destined for our bank indicated below:

The shipment will be processed only after the payment has been made by CONSAP (Ministerial Body in charge of the liquidation of the Teacher Card voucher) and the expected time is about 30 days.
